Seoige glad to be back.
RADIO presenter Sile Seoige last night proved she wasn't letting her battle with thyroid cancer get her down.
The brave Gaelgoir stepped out for the first time since announcing in February that she had the disease.
The 32-year-old looked radiant as she attended the star-studded premiere of Snow White And The Huntsman with supportive long-term boyfriend Kim Burrowes.
Asked how she was feeling, upbeat Sile told the Irish Daily Mirror: "I'm doing really good. I'm getting there.
"The weather is good so it's putting everyone in good form. I'm very happy at the moment."
The broadcaster also revealed she is ecstatic about the boost in the recently released radio figures for her Saturday show on Newstalk.
She said: "The figure was great. But they seem to be a quite temperamental fixture.
"So we celebrate when they go up. When they go down, we go, 'Let's not talk about them'. We seem to growing, which is brilliant."
The star added she is in talks over a number of new television gigs after almost a year out of the limelight.
The brunette shocked the showbiz world when in February she revealed she had been secretly battling cancer for six months - even having an operation to have her thyroid removed.
Earlier in the year, her sister Grainne Seoige revealed her family has grown closer during Sile's brave struggle.
She said: "It was a huge shock to the whole family but it brings you closer together."
