Sentry Mobile Solution Helps Track and Analyze Claims.

Byline: Staff Writer

Sentry Insurance announces the release of a mobile version of its risk management solution, Sentry Insight Mobile, which provides a customer-focused way for businesses to receive claims information on any smart phone. Risk managers and company insurance professionals have access to claims information, tasks and customizable claims-related alerts anywhere, anytime.

"We take pride in our reputation for exceptional service and customized solutions," says Dan Revai, Sentry vice president of national accounts. "Sentry Insight is a tremendous informational tool to assist customers in managing their risks and containing claims costs."

Sentry Insight Mobile allows customers and insurance brokers to gain immediate access to information that will help them better manage claims.

"Faster access to meaningful data will save customers both time and money and help brokers enhance the service and support they provide to their clients," says Revai.

Developed by Sentry's Digital Interactive Team after extensive interaction with customers, brokers and risk management professionals, the Sentry Insight risk management web solution was launched last year. Following its success, Sentry Insight Mobile was developed as a companion to the web-based solution.

"Intuitive in its design and provided at no additional cost to Sentry's large commercial lines customers, Sentry Insight Mobile combines claims information, tasks, and alerts into a single mobile site," says Jeffrey Sanner, director of Sentry's Digital Interactive Team. "Alerts and reports can be customized so users always have the most important, current data available."
