Senior leadership changes at Alaska Air Group.
Alaska Air Group (NYSE: ALK) announced yesterday the appointment of a new president and CEO of Alaska Air and new chief financial officer of Alaska Air Group.
Jeff Pinneo is retiring as president and CEO of Horizon Air and will be replaced by Glen Johnson, formerly Alaska Air Group's chief financial officer and executive vice president of finance. Pinneo will remain at Horizon Air to aid the transition for several months.
In addition Brandon Pedersen was elected as chief financial officer of Alaska Air Group; he previously held the position of vice president of finance and controller with the airline.
