Seminar highlights role of youth in curbing corruption.
NAUSHAHARO FEROZE -- A seminar titled 'Corruption, a major issue of society' was organized by district administration on Wednesday to raise awareness against the menace of corruption in connection with World Anti-Corruption Day at Government Boys Degree Collage.
According to a hand out issued by the district information office, assistant commissioner Naushahro Feroze, Syed Mudasar Shah, while presiding over the seminar stressed upon youth to play their role in curbing the menace of corruption form the society.
He said that the seminar was a part of an awareness campaign aimed encouraging youth to identify and report corruption so that the menace could be curbed by proactive efforts.

Shahbaz Sehto and Deputy Director Information Ghulam Abbas Goraho and other speakers elaborated various forms of corruption and their negative implications over the society. It was also announced that the anti-corruption campaign would continue till December 09 that is marked as World Anti-Corruption Day. Awareness seminars in this connection would be organized in Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Government Girls Degree Collage, Government Degree Collage Moro, Government Higher Secondary School Bhirya and Government Degree Collage Kandiaro.
