Buckley's practice will focus on co-operative and condolaw, affordable housing and transactional real estate matters.
Previously, Buckley served as the chief of review at the Real Estate Finance Bureau for the New York State Office of the Attorney General (OAG).
She joined the OAG in 2007 and worked on numerous review and enforcement matters involving condominium and cooperative offering plans prior to her appointment as Chief of Review.
Prior to joining the OAG, Buckley founded the legal department at the Urban Homesteading Assistance Board, a not-for-profit specializing in the creation and support of limited-equity housing cooperatives.
