Sefton Community Markets launch Hawthorne Sunday Market this weekend; ADVERTISING FEATURE SCM HAVE ANNOUNCED A BRAND NEW WEEKLY SUNDAY MARKET, SET TO LAUNCH JUNE 5 ON BOOTLE'S HAWTHORNE ROAD.

WHAT started as one market a month, has grown to eight a month for Sefton Community Markets (SCM), who are pleased to launch a weekly Sunday market on Bootle's Hawthorne Road alongside their popular Friday markets.

Boasting over 100 traders selling everything from fresh food and flowers to the latest fashion trends and accessories, the latest addition to SCM's rota invites traders and customers alike to join them for the launch event on Sunday, June 5. It comes in response to the fantastic success of SCM's other local markets - organised by Stuart Hamilton and John Takacs - which have proved a big hit in the local community and beyond.

Further testament to the organisers fantastic weekly events is the Local Business 2016 Award they recently received, beating stiff competition from 30 other nominees.

Stuart market closed down several years ago, there's really been nowhere for people to go and trade or shop on a Sunday.
