Its the smell of the donuts, the thrills from the rides and the view from the top of the Ferris wheel that makesThe Hoppingsso fun.
The famous funfair is back in Newcastle and you still have time to go before it packs up on Saturday.
This video of the first weekend's highlights should be enough to convince you.
The Town Moorhas been transformed once again and you can see the scale of it in the drone footage taken from the sky.
Record numbers had been expected to go along this year and even the weather is playing ball with stunning sunshine and high temperatures expected through to the weekend.
The funfair is open from 2pm to 11pm each day until June 30. With more than 300 attractions there is something for everyone.
Rides such as Around the World, Air and Speed Bull are for the adrenaline junkies and they dominate the view.

But there is excitement just for children too including hook-a-duck, tea cup and saucer and the Helter Skelter.
Sample some delicious food available including the Yorkshire pudding wraps and every flavour of fudge you could imagine.
