SecurSign 2.0: Appligent., Software, $2,495

This server application adds security and authentication capabilities to Portable Document Format files. PDF users can add digital signatures directly to the files and apply standard Adobe security features. The password-protected files can be seen or edited only by authorized people.

Both 40-bit and 128-bit encryption offer users and owners restrictions for printing, modifying and copying text and graphics, as well as changing notes and form fields. The new 128-bit encryption security provides the ability to also restrict filling in or signing form fields, accessibility, document assembly and high-resolution printing.
