Sector Communications Inc. (OTCBB:SECT) company Chairman Mohamed Hadid today announced that the company has signed a definitive letter of intent to acquire all of the EnterVision Broadcast Product Line computer software and hardware, and all intellectual property rights in respect thereof (collectively, the "EnterVision Intellectual Property Assets").

Sector company Director Michael J. Zwebner stated: "This move by the company into the Internet Broadcasting Business heralds a new era for Sector. The technology developed by Dr. Becker is unique and exclusive, and we fully intend to take the lead and become the first and foremost organization offering this unique technology in the exciting new age of Internet Broadcasting Services."

EnterVision, part of the BEE Multimedia group based in Montreal, is headed up by Dr. Herbert L. Becker, a renowned computer software developer and inventor. In particular, Becker has developed the ability to broadcast live over the Internet using alternate compression technologies that allow for up to 30 frames per second real-time transmission.

A new product is the "Television," a software package that more than 300,000 users have already downloaded. The product has been created as a method of watching TV and listening to the radio over the Internet in real time.

In a statement by Becker, CEO of BEE Multimedia and the EnterVision(TM) Technology, he stated: "We believe that Sector Communications will provide a great operational platform and a high level of service for our technology. We are excited about the opportunities created by our new relationship with Sector Communications and will work with them to provide a smooth transition."

The core of the EnterVision(TM) mechanism is its ability to convert individual frames of analog film into compressed video at a ratio of less than one kilobyte per frame, and sending it out at the rate of 30 frames per second, a speed considered the standard for comfortable viewing. Sound is also compressed and sent along with the picture stream.

Full details of the EnterVision Exclusive Internet Broadcast Technology can be seen at Further details of the transaction will be announced shortly.
