Second consignment of 20 buses for BRT reaches Peshawar.

Peshawar -- Second consignment of 20 more Bus Rapid Transport (BRT) buses has arrived in Peshawar

With the arrival these 20 buses total number of buses for BRT has increased to 70 and more buses are expected

According to Trans Peshawar (TP) company set up by provincial government to run Peshawar BRT, buses have had arrived at Karachi Port from China and after that buses were brought to Peshawar through road safe and sound.

These buses will only run on BRT corridor. These buses are hybrid which can be operated on diesel as well as electric charge.

12 meter long 50 buses are already present in Peshawar and new arrival of 20 buses consignment takes the number of buses to 70, TP added
