Second batch of CPSP Fellows leaving for Saudi Arabia.

LAHORE -- Pakistani specialist doctors going to Saudi Arabia for three months as per agreement between the CPSP and Saudi Health Council should learn Arabia which will help them during their stay there. This was stated by College of Physicians and Surgeons (CPSP) Vice President and Lahore Regional Director Prof. Khalid Masood Gondal. He was speaking at the concluding ceremony of BLS and ACLS courses. The ceremony was organized by the CPSP Lahore centre in collaboration with American College of Surgeons and American Heart Association at Block-D, New Muslim Town, Lahore. The specialist doctors, who are visiting Saudi Arabia, were amongst the participants of these courses.

Prof. Khalid Masood Gondal said that after the return of first group, second group will be going to Saudi Arabia at the end of this month. They will serve in major hospitals in cities like Makkah Mokarma, Madina Munnawara, Al-Riaz and Al-Qaseem. Successful completion of BLS, ACLS and ATLS along with international courses is compulsory for these doctors. (PR)
