Seco tools reorganization.

One part of a restructuring that's to better align Seco Tools Inc. (Troy, Mich.) with the global strategy of its parent company (Seco A.B., Fagersta, Sweden) is its moving the customer-service department from operations to sales. The remainder of the former Operations group--logistics, quality, distribution (Lenoir City, Tenn.) now come under the responsibility of Dan Sikora, director of human resources. Other changes include shifting custom-tooling operations into the marketing and product development department. Another part of the streamlining is the closing of the Jabro sales office in Virginia.
