Seaweed Salad by Azuma Foods Certified Kosher.

Hayward, CA, October 09, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Azuma Foods International Inc., U.S.A. (AFI), purveyor of the popular sesame seaweed salad, announces that 14 of its popular Asian style salads, spreads, and appetizers have been certified kosher, effective October 1, 2013. Certification was performed under the rabbinical supervision of Rabbi Jacob Traub, chairman of the Kashruth Division of the Orthodox Rabinnical Council of San Francisco. Certified Kosher Products include the classic Seaweed Salad in original and natural varieties, Hijiki Quinoa Salad, Chickpea Salad, Wild Rice Edamame Salad, Cream Corn Croquette, as well as the Teriyaki Shiitake and Sesame Seaweed spreads.

Azuma Foods' offerings are made using only the highest quality ingredients and manufactured under strict kosher guidelines. Many of the products are gluten free and contain no fillers or artificial colors, in full compliance with Jewish dietary laws year around.
