Scott Winkler Named President and CEO of D.H. Brown Associates, Inc.

D.H. Brown Associates, Inc., a leading information industry research and consulting firm, announced today that Scott Winkler, 44, has been named President and Chief Executive Officer.

He has been a frequent speaker at industry events and has been widely quoted in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Forbes, and other leading publications. Mr. Winkler received a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from The George Washington University.
