Scots deny England in late show.

SCOTLAND A...16 ENG SAXONS...16 TOM HEATHCOTE banged over a late penalty to earn Scotland A a draw as they remained unbeaten in three games against the Saxons.

Henry Pyrgos scored a stunning drop goal and added a first-half penalty but the visitors were awarded a penalty try, goaled by Freddie Burns, to take a lead in at the break.

Byron McGuigan skidded over in the second half for the home side but they had to rely on a Heathcote penalty to earn the draw.

Man of the match Ally Hogg said: "It was very pleasing to pull it back."
