The DPO7000 Series of digital phosphor oscilloscopes (DPOs) features sample rates of 10 GS/s on four channels and up to 16x real-time oversampling on one channel and 4x on four channels simultaneously. The 500-MHz DPO7054, 1-GHz DPO7104, and the 2.5-GHz DPO7254 use a platform featuring IBM 7HP silicon germanium (SiGe) technology.

The DPO7054 and DPO7104 support optional deep record lengths to 200M while the DPO7254 reaches 400M. All models have vertical accuracy of [+ or -]1% and acquire more than 250,000 waveforms/s.

Along with a 12.1" XGA display screen, standard features of the series include the MyScope[TM] user interface, the Pinpoint trigger system with built-in serial pattern triggering up to 1.25 Gb/s, 40M memory length, and built-in serial triggers for the [I.sup.2]C, SPI, and RS-232 buses. Technology-specific software solutions provide built-in domain expertise for jitter and timing measurements, power measurements, serial data, Ethernet, and USB 2.0 compliance testing.
