Scoot.com plc Announces New International Headquarters.

LONDON, May 23 /PRNewswire/ --

Scoot.com (Nasdaq: SCOP), the leading branded European infomediary, has leased 45,000 sq ft of office space in Uxbridge, to establish a new international headquarters to facilitate the roll out of its Scoot service across Europe.

Jon Molyneux, Scoot UK's Chief Executive commented "The decision to relocate to Uxbridge from our current base in Oxford has been driven by the Company's rapid growth, which has made communication networks, proximity to an international airport and the ability to locate the group's UK employee base in one location, key to our development plans."

Jo Allen, Director, Frogmore Estates added: "It is appropriate that this state-of-the-art building has been taken by a company which will maximise its potential." The company has leased the five-storey building from Frogmore Estates for an initial 15 year period and the move is planned during quarter four 2000.
