School symphony is pitch perfect.

Byline: Report by Liam Keen liam.keen@mnamedia.co.uk

Pupils showed they had more than one string to their bow at a concert for their families.

Children from St. Dominic's Grammar School in Brewood took to the stage and entertained the audience through solo performances, choir ensembles and band performances. Youngsters played everything from cellos, flutes and violins to piano, guitar and drums, accompanied by singing.

Headmaster Peter McNabb said: "It's wonderful to see how much confidence our children have, and how excited they are to perform. We're delighted to be able to offer an outstanding music programme with the use of our recording studio and the additional expertise of specialist peripatetic tuition."

St. Dominic's will also be hosting Brewood's Got Talent next Friday.
