Scholarship deadline extended.
The local host committee for the Annual Conference in Dubai has extended the deadline of the application for the special scholarship to August 29.The scholarship will be provided to 50 young arab lawyers, who wish to participate in the conference,but are unable to do so owing to financial constraint. The entry for the scholarship is free.
The International Bar Association (IBA), the world's largest international organisation of law societies, bar associations and individual lawyers, will hold its 2011 Annual Conference in Dubai from October 30 to November 4, the very first to be held in the Middle East.
The IBA Annual Conference is the largest gathering of the international legal community in the world, a meeting place of more than 5000 of the world's most influential lawyers and legal professionals.
This year's Conference will consist of more than 180 working sessions, covering all areas of practice relevant to international legal practitioners and a wide variety of social functions providing ample opportunities to network with legal professionals worldwide, it said. -- TradeArabia News Service
