Scholarships include tuition and expenses to enable recipients to attend three ACPE graduate program courses. Award candidates are physicians employed by health care organizations that provide services in medically underserved areas or that rely predominantly on public or charitable funding.
Pascua-Lim is the network management medical director for the Lubbock (Texas) Regional Mental Health Mental Retardation Center. The non-profit organization provides mental health, mental retardation and substance abuse services to adults, children and adolescents.
