Compact Jet Sweeper Super II

The Compact Jet Sweeper (CJS) is a high-performance machine designed for powerful and economical snow clearing on airport runways, taxiways and aprons. The unit consists of a snow plough, sweeping gear and blower unit. The multi-section snow plough cleans the snow with a VULKOLLAN cutting edge to the left or right side without damaging the ground surface. The sweeping gear is fitted underneath the centre frame between the axles, with the broom effectively clearing snow residuals. From the blower unit, installed behind the sweeping gear and behind the rear axle of the truck, a high volume jet of air is guided closely along the ground to dry the swept surface. A Mercedes Benz diesel engine, complying with EUROMOT II regulations, supplies the power for the high performance blower unit and the sweeping gear. The engine, with all drive units, is fitted on the vehicle frame underneath a sound-absorbing, hydraulically-opened engine hood.

Towed jet sweeper TJS 560

The technology of this towed jet sweeper is based on the design principles of the CJS, which is successfully being operated wordwide. The TJS is available either as semi trailer or trailer with nose wheel and trailer tow-bar. The unit consists of snow plough, sweeping gear and blower system.
