Scheme will help boost mortgages; HOMES.
ULSTER Bank has launched its Big Mortgage Roll Out initiative.More than 300 specialists across the country are gearing up to advise potential house-buyers as part of the scheme this month.
They're there to discuss the options available to customers and to answer questions such as "What does APR mean?" and "Can I get a mortgage before I find my property?" The scheme should see new online tools, increased lending and telephone experts ready to take part.
Ulster Bank branch banking chief Jim Ryan said: "Ulster Bank has over 300 skilled specialists ready to help plan, explore products and options to suit customers' needs and to put them in a home that they will love."
