Saxo Capital Markets, an online trading and investment company, has said that it has appointed a new member to its board.

The company said that it has appointed ITOCHU Petroleum's executive director, Jimmy Ang, to its board of directors. He has been appointed as non-executive director of Saxo Capital Markets.

Ang said, 'I'm very pleased to come aboard Saxo Capital Markets' board of directors, and look forward to being able to contribute to the business. Saxo Capital Markets has a highly viable business model that has proven itself repeatedly. I am excited to be part of its future development and continued success.'
