Savills unveils French luxury development.

Manama: A preview of an exclusive luxury development on the French Riviera called Parc du Cap was organised by Savills Bahrain at the Capital Club.

The global property agency Savills said it is the only one that can offer the development to private investors in Bahrain.

The agency's Bahrain chief executive Don Bradley said the high quality Parc du Cap will suit investors in Bahrain who are looking for a safe haven option for the storage and enjoyment of wealth.

"We hosted a very successful event and have already generated a significant appetite in the local market for the project."

A statement quoted Savills French Riviera head Alex Balkin as saying "Parc du Cap really is a unique offering".

"There has been very little development in the area and certainly not at this level of detail and specification," Mr Balkin said.

"Parc du Cap ticks all the boxes. Sea views, a contemporary design, luxury interiors, generous landscaped grounds, pool, spa, tennis and more in a completely secure site, elegantly set in a sought-after, prestigious location, a short walk from sandy beaches, a prime concert venue, restaurants and bars and close to a major international airport".

Parc du Cap comprises 88 apartments ranging from one bedroom apartments to penthouses. Located 200 metres from the Pinede in Juan Les Pins, the two five-storey buildings are set in landscaped gardens surrounding the outdoor swimming pool.

Parc du Cap will be ready for occupation next month.

French Ambassador Bernard Regnauld-Fabre attended the launch.
