Save the Children call to speakers.

THE Save The Children Fund needs speakers to raise its profile on Merseyside.

The charity wants more volunteers who can help explain its work to a range of groups, from primary school children to Merseyside clubs and societies.

The aim is to improve understanding and attract people to get involved with fundraising or volunteering for Save the Children.

Anyone interested in becoming a speaker should be able to give two or three days a month to the charity, and will be trained in presentation skills.

Closing date for enquiries is this Sunday, December 1. Call Sally Rimmer on 0161 438 2741 or e-mail her ons.rimmer@scfuk.org.uk for more details or to apply.
