Saudi Arabia : JCCI defending the interests of businessmen.

JCCI will continue its objections to the decision of the Ministry of Labor after raising fees from U$ 27 to U$ 640 annually on expat workers in the Saudi market with legitimate means, said the chairman, adding that his department Jeddah Center for Law and Arbitration (JCLA) has been charged with the task of preparing a list of the violations of the decision. JCCI is also coordinating with the other 23 domestic chambers of commerce and Industry to dispatch a delegation to the Royal Court to express their views of the negative effects of the decision on all business sectors, hopping that officials reconsider the decision.

JCCI submitted a report to HRH the Crown Prince stating all negative consequences of the decision, and another reports to the ministers of Interior, Labor and Makah province governor.
