Sanitary Pad for Variable Flow Management. (Patent Review).
Patented is a feminine hygiene pad comprising a rapid intake cover adjacent to co-apertured intake/distribution and nonwoven transfer delay layers, where the transfer delay enhances liquid distribution in an X-Y plane of the pad. The co-aperaturing produces apertures with walls, where liquid can be absorbed through the walls of the apertures, which is adjacent to the absorbent core retention layer.
