Sana Baloch submits adjournment motion in BA on Reko Diq fine.

QUETTA -- Member of Provincial Assembly and central leader of Balochistan National Party Mengal Sana Baloch on Monday submitted his adjournment motion on International Centre for Settlements of Investment Dispute (ICSID)'s 5.97 billion US dollars' penalty on Government of Pakistan in Reko Dik Case.

Citing his stance in the adjournment motion Sana Baloch said, the mediatory tribunal of ICSID has placed rupees 5.97 billion dollars penalty on Government of Balochistan in Reko Case which has damaged Pakistan's image international but the judgement would impact on Balochistan's already faltering development progress,

'Governor Balochistan should call in immediate session of Balochistan Assembly under rule number 70 in order to discuss future impacts of ICSID on Balochistan and flawed stance of country's legal teams on Reko Dik.' Sana Baloch said demanded action against responsible politicians and government officers in his adjournment motion.
