Salt shock.

DO you know what the recommended guidelines say about daily salt intake? No? You're not the only one.

A new study of more than 2,000 people revealed 90% were unaware it's 6g. And one in three said they don't worry about the amount of salt they eat.

The Nuffield Health survey also reveals two in five are unaware eating less salt can lower blood pressure and the risk of heart disease and attacks.
