Sales. (On the Scene: Real Estate).

Advance Realty Group announced the sale of two office buildings at Bedminster Professional Center in Bedminster, N.J. The buildings contain 8,500 SF of office space.

Hidrock Realty announced the purchase of 65 W. 36th St., a 60,000 SF loft building in New York City. Jack and Abi Hidary, of Hidrock Realty, negotiated the transaction.

Legg Mason announced the sale of Park 80 West, a 464,090 SF office complex in Saddle Brook, N.J., for $73.85 million. Legg Mason represented the seller, Brandywine Realty Trust, in the transaction.

Ripco Real Estate Corporation announced the sale of 31 E. 17th St., a two-story loft building in New York City, for $500 per SF. Robert Carbonara, of Ripco Real Estate, represented the seller, Union Square Properties, in the transaction.

SSR Realty Advisors, Inc. announced the sale of the Montrose, a 20-story apartment building in New York City. SSR Realty Advisors represented the buyer, Tower Fund, in the transaction.
