Sales. (On the Real Estate Scene).

Insignia/ESG announced the sale of 568 Broadway, a 12-story, 325,000 SF office building in New York City, to Hadar, Cayre, and Adjmi for $87.5 million. Yoron Cohen, Richard Baxter, Kevin Haggarty, and Kenneth Zakin, of Insignia/ESG, represented both parties in the transaction.

Houlihan O'Malley Real Estate Services announced the purchase of 141 Parkway Road/5666 Palmer Ave., an 80,000 SF retail/office property in Bronxville, N.Y., for $6.8 million. Dan Houlihan, of Houlihan O'Malley, served as an in-house representative for the buyer.

Gerber/Somma Associates Inc. announced the following transactions:

* The sale of 18-22 Summit St., an apartment complex in East Orange, N.J., for $900,000. Harold Gerber and Frank Somma, of Gerber/ Somma, negotiated the transaction;

* The sale of 658-660 Palisade Ave., an apartment building in Cliffside Park, N.J. Harold Gerber negotiated the transaction.

Gerber/Somma Associates Inc. announced the sale of Fort Mott Village Apartments, a two-story garden complex in Pennsville, N.Y., for $2.4 million in a 1031 Exchange. Frank Somma, of Gerber/Somma, represented the seller in the transaction.

Massey Knakal Realty Services announced the following transactions:

* The sale of 41-06 75th St., a three-story, 3,400 SF multi-family building in New York City, for $750,000. John Delta, of Massey Knakal, represented both parties in the transaction;

* The sale of 126 E. 36th St., a five-story townhouse in New York City, for $2.175 million. John Ciraulo, president of Massey Knakal, represented both parties in the transaction.

Goldschmidt & Associates announced the sale of 409 Route 59, a 1,750 SF building in Monsey, N.Y., to Credit Union for approximately $450,000. Eric S. Goldschmidt, partner of Goldschmidt & Associates, represented the seller in the transaction. William Dator, of Dator Commercial Real Estate, represented the buyer.

WRA Properties, Inc. announced the following transactions:

* The sale of 381 E. 160th St., a five-story apartment building in New York City, for $1.235 million. Marc Alper, sales associate with WRA Properties, represented both parties in the transaction;

* The sale of a 35-unit co-op unsold share package in Yonkers, N.Y. Barbara Rohregger, associate broker with WRA Properties, represented the seller in the transaction. Marc Alper represented the buyer;

* The sale of a 31-unit co-op unsold share package at 3184 Grand Concourse in the Bronx. Barbara Rohregger represented both parties in the transaction.
