Sheldon Gross Realty Inc. announced the sale of 2 Pearlman Drive, a 40,000 SF medical office building in Spring Valley, N.Y. Robert Nathin, senior vice president of Sheldon Gross, represented the buyer in this transaction. Best Mark Realty represented the seller.Prudential Real Estate Advisors, announced the sale of 10-30 Columbia Place and 24-32 Joralemon St., a five-building residential portfolio in Brooklyn, N.Y., to the Praedium Group for $16.5 million.
CB Richard Ellis announced the sale of 535 Connecticut Ave., a 172,000 SF office building in Norwalk, Conn., to Matan Properties for $27.6 million. Jeffrey R. Dunne and Christopher G. McManus, of CB Richard Ellis, represented both parties in the transaction.
Massey Knakal Realty Services announced the following transactions:
* The sale of 46 MacDougal St., a 2,900 SF mixed-use building in New York City, for $1.8 million. Peter J. DeCheser and Michael F. DeCheser, of Massey Knakal, represented both parties in the transaction;
* The sale of 79-49 Myrtle Ave., a 3,045 SF retail building in New York City, for $540,000. Thomas Donovan, senior managing director of Massey Knakal, represented both parties in the transaction.
