Insignia/ESG announced the sale of a 7.5-acre site in North Amityville, N.Y. Insignia/ESG represented the seller in the transaction.
CB Richard Ellis announced the sale of Milford Office Park, a 60,000 SF office complex in Milford, Conn., to Bowtie Partners for $2.8 million. Michael Dillon, Sean Cahill, and Sean McDonnell, of GB Richard Ellis, represented the seller in the transaction.
Newmark Real Estate of New Jersey, L.L.C. announced the sale of the Goshen Industrial Building, a 13,587 SF facility in Goshen, N.Y., to KW & DW Properties, LLC. Seena Stein, Richard J. Madison, and Steven J. Smith, of Newmark, represented the seller in the transaction. John McCarey, of Re/Max Benchmark Realty Group, represented the buyer.
Trammell Crow Company announced the sale of 300 Corporate Drive, a 53,045 SF industrial/warehouse building in Mahwah, N.J., to Corporate Drive Associates, LLC. Bob Sklow, managing director of Trammell Crow, and Mitch Katz, vice president, represented the seller in the transaction. Wilson Comp Associates represented the buyer.
Massey Knakal Realty Services announced the following transactions:
* The sale of 543-47 W. 59th St. in New York City for $3.7 million. Paul J. Massey, Jr., CEO of Massey Knakal, and Christopher Brodhead represented both parties in the transaction;
* The sale of 433 Green Ave., a four-story building in New York City, for $400,000. Thomas Donovan, senior managing director of Massey Knakal, represented the seller in the transaction. Coldwell Banker Innovation Realty represented the buyer.
