CR Richard Ellis announced the sale of 111 Sylvan Ave., a 409,604 SF office building in Englewood Cliffs, N.J., for $70.5 million. Jeffrey R. Dunne and Chris McManus, of GB Richard Ellis, negotiated the transaction.
Sheldon Gross Realty Inc. announced that sale of 271-273 Buffalo Ave., a 5,500 SF building in Paterson, NJ., to Hanson Oren. Murray Levine, of Sheldon Gross, represented the seller in the transaction.
CB Richard Ellis announced the sale of the Hub, a 248,749 SF shopping center in West Hempstead, N.Y., to Morris Realty Associates, LLC for $33.8 million. Jeffrey R. Dunne, Jim Tully, and Bruce Nelson, of GB Richard Ellis, negotiated the transaction.
Besen & Associates announced the sale of 164 W. 128th St., a walk-up apartment building in New York City, for $1.75 million. Carol Ann Flint, of Besen & Associates, represented both parties in the transaction.
Grubb & Ellis Company announced the sale of 306-312 W. 97th St., a two-building package in New York City, to Time Equities, Inc. Miriam Halpert and Jonathan Miller, of Grubb & Ems, negotiated the transaction.
CB Richard Ellis announced the sale of 300 Post Road, a 20,000 SF office building in Westport, Conn. for $6.1 million. Jeffrey R. Dunne, of GB Richard Ellis, negotiated the transaction.
Cushman & Wakefield announced the sale of a 290,000 SF industrial portfolio for $22.3 million. The portfolio includes 601-629 Montrose Ave. in South Plainfield, N.J., 60 Ethel Road West in Piscataway, N.J., 70 Ethel Road West in Piscataway, NJ., and a building on Smith St. in Englewood, N.J. Cushman & Wakefield negotiated the transaction.
