Sales open at 3 Lincoln Center.

Three Lincoln Center -- with. unimPeded views in all directions, and direct physical access to the illustrious performing arts complex -- is the only new super-luxury residential condominium offered for sale on Manhattan's Upper West Side in the 1990's.

Prices start at approximately $280,000 for one-bedroom, and about $490,000 for two bedrooms. Spacious studios and larger residences, including duplexes, also are available.

Three Lincoln Center is under the sponsorship of L.C. Associates, L.P., a partnership of international financial institutions. Its asset manager, Rose Associates has more than 10,000 luxury units under its management.

The Marketing Directors, Inc. is the exclusive marketing and sales agent.

Three Lincoln Center has two lobby entrances. The main entrance is at 160 West 66th Street, west of Broadway, and a second entrance is from the performing arts complex. The lobby is richly appointed in mahogany, cherry and Danish beech woods. A concierge desk is staffed 24 hours a day and linked to every residence with a computerized audio-visual system. Doorman service also is around the clock.

The Center Club, for the exclusive use of Three Lincoln Center residents, includes a 60-foot heated swimming pool, sauna and steam room, showers, an aerobics facility with a specially engineered flexible floor, reception room and adjacent catering kitchen. Because residences begin on the 16th floor, they each enjoy majestic views. The homes range in size-up to 3,600 square feet.
