Salam, Dinnyeh deputies discuss rebuilding region following storm.

NNA - Prime Minister Tammam Salam met at the Grand Serail on Friday with deputies of Dinnyeh-Minyeh with discussions focusing on providing funds to rebuild parts of the locality which were destroyed by a previous storm. Deputies Ahmad Fatfat, Qassem Abdul Aziz and Kazem Kheir expressed their gratitude for Salam's understanding of the needs of their region. "The cost is at eight billion Lebanese Liras," explained Fatfat, "which is minimal compared to the 500 million USD of which Dinnyeh got nothing. So we consider this a partial compensation to the share owed to Minyeh-Dinnyeh in developmental files." ==============R.Z.
