Salad dressing mixes.

It was a good year for salad dressing mixes. Overall, dollar sales grew by more than 6% and unit sales were up by 3.6% in the tracked period. Kraft and Clorox are the two players in this market, registering nearly 93% of all sales. Private label sales are increasing but are still quite small.
