Sagittarius Restaurants Reorganizes Franchise Recruiting Team.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Sagittarius Restaurants LLC has announced a reorganization of its franchising department. The reorganization was announced by J. Marc Mushkin, who was recently appointed vice president of franchising for Sagittarius after serving as senior director of franchising for Del Taco for three years.

The company named three new field directors of franchise recruiting, based in different parts of the country and reporting to Mushkin, who will qualify and facilitate franchise partners for both the Sagittarius brands.

Eric J. Edwards was named director, franchise recruiting, Southwest; Michael Vogel is director, franchise recruiting, Midwest; and Michael Wootton is director of franchise recruiting, East.

Sagittarius has also named Andrew Verostek to the position of market planning analyst, to support franchising and real estate.

Prior to joining Sagittarius, Eric Edwards served in franchising and licensing positions with Dairy Queen, Pizza Inn and Palm Beach Tan. He was also a franchisee in the Dairy Queen system. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Erskine College and lives in the Dallas area.

Michael Vogel served in franchising positions with Quiznos, International Dairy Queen and NOVUS Auto Glass before joining Sagittarius. He graduated from Concordia University and lives in the Minneapolis area.

Before joining Sagittarius, Mike Wootton held a franchise sales position with Quiznos. He is a graduate of North Carolina State University and lives in Charlotte, NC.

As market planning analyst, Andrew Verostek will evaluate demographic and competitive information to determine ideal trade areas for Del Taco and Captain D's Seafood Kitchen brands. He formerly was a franchise sales manager with Del Taco and international franchise coordinator with El Torito Restaurants. Verostek graduated from Earlham College and lives in Orange County, CA.
