Safer food on-line. (Informalia).

An e-mail based Level 1 food safety training course accredited by the Royal Institute of Public Health & Hygiene, has been introduced by Advanced Food Safety Ltd and Direct Food Hygiene. Entitled 'Safer Food On-Line, this new concept in distance learning complies with the training requirements of the UK Industry Guides to Good Hygiene Practice and Food Hygiene Legislation for food handlers. The couse is carried out in modules, and candidates who complete the course will be eligible to take the Royal Institute of Public Health & Hygiene's First Certificate in Food Safety examination.
