Sabre Selects AirSphere as Partner For Integrated Resource Management Solutions; Strategic Alliance Formed Between Sabre and AirSphere.

NEW YORK, July 9 /PRNewswire/ --

AirSphere Corporation, a technology provider for managing day-to-day aviation industry operations and Sabre Holdings Corporation (NYSE: TSG), the leading provider of technology and marketing services for the travel industry, have announced a strategic alliance to provide the aviation industry with a full suite of Web-based operation and resource management solutions.

According to the agreement, Sabre's comprehensive and leading resource management applications will be integrated with AirSphere's Web-based aviation services products and technology platform, providing airlines, airports and other aviation service providers with a full suite of solutions to meet their daily operational needs. A joint framework for continued technology and business cooperation between both companies will be created in addition to the combined marketing and promotion of the companies' products. Through this partnership, both Sabre and AirSphere will be able to provide a wider array of automated products and services to their customers.

"I am thrilled that Sabre has chosen our systems and technology platform as a partner for their products," said Niv Schwartz, CEO and Founder of AirSphere. "Together we will bring great benefits to the aviation industry through the integration of Sabre's well established, market driven applications with our dedicated Web-enabled aviation technology platform. We are delighted to be working with a company of the reputation and market reach of Sabre."

The strategic partnership will allow both companies to couple comprehensive technology applications with a convenient, Web-based platform -- providing clients with a full range of cost effective management solutions. The combination enables rapid implementation, outsourced IT management and global system integration. With minimal upfront investment, aviation businesses around the world will have access to best-in-class technology to meet their operational needs.

"We recognize the importance of delivering our applications using the latest Web-based technologies," said Chris Serafin, Sabre Vice President of Airport Products. "Leveraging our expertise in airport resource management with AirSphere's platform and knowledge of aviation services will allow both companies to offer a broader range of scalable and cost effective management solutions to the aviation industry. We are excited about the opportunities that our complementary services will be able to create."

AirSphere's online platform makes it easier and less expensive for aviation companies to manage their operational cycles and enterprise communications. With low total cost of ownership and an easy-to-use interface, AirSphere, and now Sabre, will enable companies to reduce overall operating costs and improve productivity throughout their global operations. As the companies' technology solutions are integrated online, clients will benefit from a wealth of real-time management, collaboration and communication tools.
