Sabre's AirCentre solution chosen by Kenya Airlines.
Sabre Airline Solutions, a provider of integrated solutions and services for airlines and airports, announced on Tuesday that Kenya Airlines has selected the Sabre AirCentre Enterprise Operations solution.
Financial details of the contract were not reported.
AirCentre is a comprehensive next-generation solution that allows airlines to manage operations seamlessly and efficiently, particularly during disruptions, Sabre says.
Capabilities of the solution include complete reaccommodation management, advanced load management and airport operations and crew management.
Kenya Airlines will use AirCentre to increase its ability to quickly re-book passengers during operational disruptions, maximise payload, reduce fuel consumption and optimise routes at the lowest operating cost. The solution will also allow the carrier to schedule crews more quickly and improve planning and management of airport staff and ground equipment.
