SWANS KEEP THEIR FOCUS.

Byline: IAN MITCHELMORE

STEVE COOPER says Swansea are only focusing on themselves ahead of the season finale.

City have already secured a place in the play-offs ahead of the clash with relegation-threatened Derby today.

It is an opportunity for Cooper to rest and rotate his squad before games against either Brentford, Bournemouth or Barnsley in the semifinals next month.

Cooper (left) said it was his right to pick whatever side he wants while still going out to win.

He said: "We're only focused on ourselves. Never once do we worry about the opposition's situation, regardless of the time of the season. There's two games to play, we want to win both and play well. We want to get the best out of it.

"It's our prerogative what team I decide to pick and the game plan."

Swansea defender Kyle Naughton has signed a new contract to the end of next season.
