SUPREME COURT UPHOLDS DECISION IN FAVOR OF PANHANDLE
EASTERN PIPE LINE COMPANY
HOUSTON, Feb. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- The United States Supreme Court left standing a 1991 judgment by the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in favor of Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company for alleged antitrust violations in a suit filed in February 1984 by the state of Illinois.
