 SUMMIT HEALTH ISSUES STATEMENT OF CLARIFICATION
 BURBANK, Calif., June 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit Health Ltd.


(NASDAQ: SUMH) reported today that it is not affiliated in any way with Summit Medical Center hospitals in Oakland, Calif. Summit Medical Center is the subject of a labor dispute. Summit Health emphasized that it has sound labor relations at all of its hospitals and related entities.
 Summit Health Ltd. provides health care services to niche markets through 12 acute care hospitals with 1,648 licensed beds and 56 surgery suites. Through its majority-owned Summit Care subsidiary (NASDAQ: SUMC), the company also provides health care services to the elderly through 17 skilled nursing centers with 2,230 licensed beds and four retirement centers.
