SULCUS COMPUTER INSTALLS NEW CENTRAL RESERVATION SYSTEM FOR DEPARTMENT OF NAVY

 GREENSBURG, Pa., April 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Sulcus Computer Corporation (AMEX: SUL) through its Sulcus Hospitality Group, has installed its CompuSolv central reservation system at the Department of the Navy's new Central Reservation Center in Jacksonville, Fla., tying together 31 of the 45 United States Navy Lodges, with the remaining 14 scheduled to come on-line in the near future, Jeffrey S. Ratner, chairman and chief executive officer, reported today. The worldwide network of Navy Lodges houses traveling active and retired military personnel, with some 55,000 reservation transactions being handled each month.
 The integration of CompuSolv into the Navy's International Communications Network, known as NCTS (Naval Computer and Telecommunications Stations) is the first military usage of Sulcus' proprietary central reservation systems. Now operating on the Sulcus CompuSolv system are U.S. Navy lodges in California, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maine, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington. Units to be integrated into the CompuSolv central reservation system are located in Cuba, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Scotland and Spain.
