STL recapitulates testimonies of witnesses.

NNA - Prosecutor Alexander Milne initiated the session of the Special Tribunal for Lebanon Wednesday by introducing documents and papers in preparation to give exact figures.

Trial Chamber President, Judge David Re announced accepting the prosecution's request to provide one of the witnesses' testimonies in writing not verbally.

Milne gave summaries of these testimonies. The first one was that of witness Hussein Sherri, the person who was in charge of controlling the surveillance cameras of Sleiman Franjieh tunnel, reviewing the films that Sherri provided for investigation.

Then, the statement of Timothy Julie - in his capacity as a criminal investigator in the Australian police - was briefed, whereby Julie explained the way he analyzed the tapes of HSBC Bank.

The prosecution moved to presenting the statement of French Officer Mac Maggray who participated in the analysis of surveillance cameras.

Milne also recapitulated the testimony of Omar Fayoumi, an employee at HSBC bank, and a summary for the witness Fatima Qadami who was present at the scene of the crime and who got injured by the explosion.

Then, he read testimonies of Majdi Abu Najm and Nadine Abou Najm who was injured by the blast.

The STL's session later stopped for a short break.
