Harry Potter is continuing to work his magic for publisher Bloomsbury.
A box set of the boy wizard's books and a 20th anniversary edition of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone helped conjure up strong profit growth in the six months to August.
Bloomsbury signed up JK Rowling, the books' author, after she was rejected by eight other publishers.
Harry Potter, played in film versions by Daniel Radcliffe, went on to be a sensation, setting records for the fastest selling books in history.
An illustrated edition of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is in the shops for Christmas.
Bloomsbury's other Christmas titles include A Baker's Life, the latest book by Bake-Off host Paul Hollywood.
Bloomsbury's adjusted pre-tax profit for the six months to August 31 jumped to PS2.5million from PS1.5m a year earlier.
Revenues rose 15% to PS72.1m.
