STICKY RIBS & CHILLI BREAD... A SCHOOL DINNER WINNER?
Jack Thomas was at Ysgol Morgan Llwyd in Wrexham on Wednesday with a mouth watering two course meal . Jack, 24, is in the School Chef of the Year Wales Regional Final, being held at Deeside College on February 12 and is the sole North Wales representative.
With the final looming, Jack wanted to get the opinions of his regular "customers" and staff members at the school.
He served up sweet and sticky pork ribs with tomato dip, pepper slaw, fresh macaroni cheese and chilli bread.
This will be followed by applejack tart with a crunchy flapjack topping, served with a delicious caramel and coconut sauce.
