STEVEN T. BUELOW TO HEAD DYNCORP POSTAL OPERATIONS FACILITY IN YORK, PA.

 RESTON, Va., May 14 /PRNewswire/ -- DynCorp has named Steven T. Buelow general manager of its remote encoding facility in York, Pa. In this capacity, Buelow is responsible for managing the operations of the site which provides remote encoding services in support of the U.S. Postal Service Remote Bar Coding System.
 Buelow's career with DynCorp spans more than 14 years. After starting as a technician in DynCorp's Aerospace Operations Division in 1978, Buelow quickly rose through the supervisory and management ranks. In 1984 he was selected to manage a company facility at the Naval Air Test Center in Patuxent River, Md., where he successfully expanded the project to more than 600 employees. In 1990, he was selected as a DynCorp "High Potential Manager" and was promoted to assistant manager of a NATO Joint Jet Pilot Training program in Wichita Falls, Texas. In 1990, Buelow was named director of quality improvement with responsibility for the implementation and employee-training in support of the company's Total Quality Management program.
 According to DynCorp President & CEO Dan Bannister, Buelow is the ideal candidate to head the York facility. "Steve brings to York may years of operations and management experience as well as a long history with DynCorp. His combined experience in operations and quality improvement enable him to improve productivity while at the same time increase employee-involvement. Further, he has served the company well in his previous responsibilities and I am confident he will be a tremendous asset at York," said Bannister.
