 STEVEN R. DELMAR RESUMES CFO DUTIES FOR MICROLOG
 GERMANTOWN, Md., Aug. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Microlog Corporation


(NASDAQ-NMS: MLOG) today announced that Steven R. Delmar has resumed his prior duties as chief financial officer of Microlog, a position he held for 3-1/2 years prior to becoming chief operating officer of Microlog in May 1991.
 Microlog hired Richard A. Thompson in June 1992 to serve as president and chief operating officer. Due to the recent company restructuring, William J. Lallas, Microlog's former chief financial officer, will be leaving Microlog to seek other opportunities.
 Microlog Corporation, headquartered in Germantown, manufactures voice processing systems. Its products find wide application in government, health care, utility, media/entertainment and other markets, and are sold through a direct sales force, by distributors andy? value-added resellers. Through its subsidiary, Old Dominion Systems Incorporated of Maryland, it also provides performance analysis and technical and administrative support services under contracts with government and commercial customers.
